FAO ARTFISH catch by species, as a portal taxa metric

Adds up the fishing units of estimate_species_fao() per district, month and species into the metric export_portal() publishes in taxa_summaries, in tonnes. A species carries the label the other taxa metrics use, its scientific name; a code without one, and unidentified catch, share the empty label, as they do there.

Usage

fao_portal_taxa(species, taxa_names)

Arguments

species

The species table of raise_catch_fao().

taxa_names

The summaries' taxa_traits: each alpha3_code and its catch_taxon label.

Value

Long rows as in taxa_summaries: gaul_2_name, date, catch_taxon, metric (estimated_catch_tn_fao) and value.
