Build a Unified Taxonomy Backbone from FishBase and SeaLifeBase

Joins the `species` and `families` tables from both FishBase and SeaLifeBase into a single reference table with scientific names and higher-level taxonomy.

A tibble with columns: `SpecCode`, `sci_name`, `Genus`, `Species`, `Family`, `Order`, `Class`, `server`.
