Usage
.top_species(trips, meta_cols, top_n)
Arguments
- trips
Combined effort + catch tibble.
- meta_cols
Character vector of non-species column names to exclude.
- top_n
Integer. Number of top species to return.
Value
Character vector of species names ordered by descending total catch.
