Details

Columns: Trip, Boat, start_end_distance (metres between the first and last point), outliers_proportion (percentage of points faster than 30 m/s), timetrace_dispersion (standard deviation of the time between points), start_lat, start_lng, end_lat and end_lng. The end point is where the boat landed, which is how generate_fleet_analysis() places a tracker when pds.fleet_location is landing.

The step is incremental: only trips absent from the previous descriptors file are read, so the first run reads every stored track and later runs read only new ones. A trip whose track is not stored yet is retried next run.
