Collapses the per-trip cell-day table built by build_trip_effort() into the
published H3 grid: one row per (h3_index, year, gear, country).

- trip_effort
Per-trip cell-day effort, as returned by
build_trip_effort().
Value
A tibble with one row per (h3_index, year, gear, country) and the
grid columns documented in aggregate_pds_effort().
Details
Every column is computed from the whole store in one pass, so the result does
not depend on how the trips were batched. unique_trips counts distinct
trips instead of summing per-batch counts, and a trip whose fishing crosses
midnight on New Year contributes to both year rows without being counted
twice in either. Fidelity is a trip's share of its own total fishing hours
spent in a cell, with the total taken across every cell and year the trip
touched.
