The API's district-months

One row per district (by GAUL code) and month, for the peskas-api /data/district-months endpoint: the dashboard's district figures under the API's names, then both methods' estimates for the whole fleet. Months a district recorded nothing in are kept, with n_submissions 0, so gaps in data collection show. Landings with no district are left out. A country without the FAO ARTFISH method keeps its columns, empty, so every country has the same 23.

Usage

api_district_months(districts_summaries, aggregated, country)

Arguments

districts_summaries

The districts_summaries table of summarize_data().

aggregated

The estimates per gaul_2_name and date that export_portal() joins to the dashboard summaries.

country

The country as the API names it (conf$country).

Value

One row per district and month; the peskas-api field descriptions (/metadata/district-months) say what each column means.
